We really like this DVD so much because it has the glutes exercises that we love so much. Lotsa glutes exercises including leg lifts... to work surrounding muscles. This is a great everyday work-out DVD. We've also been doing everyday recently her Fitness Fusion Pilates DVD which has sit-ups and is hard, but not all that hard. it's pretty hard, but we did it.
