"A rare treat for Supremes fans..."

Wow, what a treat! Florence Ballard, the founding member of the Supremes, who left the group in May of 1967, actually recorded her own album for ABC records in early 1968. For some reason, it was not properly promoted or distributed and was eventually "shelved" in ABC's archives. Here is the complete album (in Mono) plus bonus cuts from Motown featuring Florence with the Supremes (Mary Wilson and Diana Ross). Florence was the original lead singer for the Supremes and these early cuts featuring her in the lead are just wonderful...and in glorious stereo! Florence Ballard cd

I like this cd because it is unusual to find music from Florence Ballard up for sale and as i've been a life long fan of Motown music i decided to purchase it.
I couldn't think of anything i disliked about it.
I decided to buy it because of it being unusual and some of the tracks on the cd are very early ones sung by the Supremes and are sung with Florence singing lead vocals.Read full review...

this album is adorable its brilliant this lady has got a absolutly great voice and i love all the tracks on this album. each time i listen to it i love it more. i bought this album as i love motown.
