Great foot pedal
This is so awesome. I have had my Bernina 830 record sewing machine for 44 years. We are a team. It has sewn all my 4 children's diapers, mended their clothes, made grad dresses, tuxedos, suits, mended horse blankets. I was so worried when the foot pedal was not working properly. Then I saw this one so thought well let's give it a try. It is great, works like a charm I am back in business of sewing like crazy again. The pedal seems to work well enough, but the rattling noise it makes feels like it's just not made the way the original was by Bernina. In addition I feel like it's not as strong when I have to sew through multiple layers of fabric. I managed to get my old pedal fixed (for now) so this one is in reserve for the when the old one finally bites the dust.Read full review

It is only a 2 prong instead of a 3 prong like the one that I replaced. But to replace the 3 prong one that quit working would have cost me $137. I don't care how many prongs it has, just so it works and it works great. It is a little smaller than my 3 prong but it works fine. I would buy it again knowing what I know.Read full review
