I am surprised how ready and fast tech spport of this product has been.

Super slow to identify vehicle
When I say slow, snail to pull basic info. For the back yard mechanic it will be ok. I'm dealer level would have been nice if it had faster processor. My easydiag top notch vs. foxwell

So far so good.
So far have you used this on an ML350 2003 and a C230 2000 and seems to be functioning perfectly. I can only compare this to the MB icarsoft v 2.0 and the foxwell is significantly better at what it does. Good value for the money.Read full review

Does not work with 2018 Fiat 124 Spider (BA)
It is advertised to work with the Fiat 124 Spider (BA), 2018. It doesn't. While the programmed software works with many different Fiat and Alfa Romeo models, it does not work with the 124 Spider as advertised. The software does not support the 124 Spider, except for the very basic OBD2 items that are required by law.Read full review
