Great for beginners or advances
Buy it while you can, books on this topic (beaded flowers in the French wire style) were VERY popular in the 1930s, but then were totally out of print for over 40 years. I was thrilled to see this reprint out there. This slim paperback volume has lovely pictures and excellent instructions, including some diagrams. Beginners will learn what they need to get started, and more advanced beaders will find some new flowers and challenges. These flowers are made with thin wire and wee little seed beads, so be warned. Not everyone enjoys working with such small beads, or stringing them onto thin wire. But the results are truly amazing and last for decades.

French-Beaded Flowers by Dalene Kelly (2001, Paperback,
Instructions look like it will be a very useful beading book. The pictures are great. I was wanting a carnation pattern, but didn't find one, but every flower is beautiful.
