Must have for EFI to carb swap!
I originally swapped a mild 92' TBI 350 into a 71' El Camino. After building a far stronger motor with a bigger 270 duration roller cam the TBI just wasn't gonna do it any more so I had to go back to carb setup. Since I had already installed the electric fuel pump in the tank and had the lines run starting from scratch was not an option. This regulator worked perfect for bringing my once regulated 14 psi for performance TBI to 6 psi for the Holley carb I installed. The bypass line is a must for electric fuel pumps otherwise the pressure will overcome the regulator. A stock TBI fuel pump can produce 40+ psi if dead headed, and the strain will burn the pump out quick!!!Read full review...

After installation and adjustments I still have trouble reducing pressure to 4.5 psi. Staying at 5.5 to 6 and possibly brushing past the float.
