I purchased two of these bulbs. First bulb turned on but flickers so not any good. The second one would not turn on at all. So no, I could not recommend buying these bulbs. Quite a deal

Cosmetically I was at first concerned with what appeared top be a "patch" at an area where one of the vertical tubes is joined to another. However after looking at several makes, brands, etc. I realized this "patch"is only an indication where the tubes are eventually joined in the process of the light being made. Just a little less subtle on the bulb I got but cannot be seen when light is in operation.Read full review...
