One day I set out to buy some new strings for my strat. Ran into a problem right off, I had $5.00 to my name and most all the strings cost more. The store guy said I should check out GHS Boomers. They fit all my criteria - I could afford them. I've used nothing else on my electrics since then. Great tone, excellent playability, minimal squeek when I slide and they last long. GHS Boomers 9-42 Strings
I’ve been using GHS Boomers 9-42 sets for years they stretch out real quick and stay in tune way better and longer than others I’ve tried and just don’t feel as good.
