In getting my body prepared for total knee replacement surgery one thing that was suggested was taking a multi vitamin along woth vitaim c, iron and folic acid.
I have been using Garden of life products since May of 2006 with my first attack of diverticulitis. Each year they come out with products that has done more that I could possibly imagine, and I love all the products, but this b-complex has given me the opportunity to stay much healthier before the surgery but I have been healing at a greater rate since my surgery. I take this 3x a week. I have Epstein Barr and the virus becomes active from time to time. When I am feeling exhausted, that's when the virus kicks me. I was taking this every day, but when I went for my physical, my doctor said my levels were 97% and almost toxic, so I only take it 3 days a week.
