Very happy with unit and awsome people to deal with.
Purchased the Gentrax Invertor Generator 2.5kw, this unit powers the caravan perfectly.
I am able to run Ibis 3 Air conditioner, Battery Charger and 184Lt Fridge at the same time and the unit handles the load without overloading. The noise level is satisfactory, it is quieter than other known models I have tested in the 2kw range and under $1000.00.
For me this has been a great buy, I can't comment on longevity as i have only used the unit a couple of times.
The 12 volt connection is always live as the on /off push button doen't change anything, the measured voltage was 14.8 volts when measured with a volt meter.
