Great little unit
Haven't had it for long , wanted it to be able to use our air-conditioner in our caravan , tried it in our driveway & started up straight away , air conditioner was working great.... & not too noisy like some other brandsRead full review...

great little generator and its quiet
good little generator i only have 8.5 hours @ time of writing this. i did the run in as per the website 1 h no load then change oil (and added some oil stabilizer lucas heavy duty for cold /after storage lubrication insurance was added when motor was new 1st oil fill also a little down the spark plug hole for first start/ pull over to lube cylinder walls and every oil change for now on) then 1 h very little to no load change oil then 1 hour no more than 1/4 to 1/2 load i changed oil again now i will change again @20 hours and full load is ok @20 hours its started well and run without missing a beat the electric start is very handy i run it on 95 fuel (same as car) for better storage and i turn off the fuel to drain carby to stop the motor when finished
so far the power is faultless but have not tested at full load yet or tested 12v outlet or usb power i run it to charge my motorcycle (no power in garage) in a unit block situation and its very quiet (running on ecco) neighbours said nothing (best test) i run it for 5.5 hours first working load test all good it nearly used a whole tank of fuel (about 1/2 to 1 hour left @ a guess) but economy should improve as the motor is more run in / more hours on it . it used a little oil in the 5.5 hour run but its still a new motor so its understandable until rings bed in properly
spare parts could be a problem as none are displayed on the website and a google search only came up with a usa store and what they had was limited so a carby rebuild from bad fuel or a air cleaner replacement might be a problem i will have to contact aussie importer to find out i think a engine rebuild spares would be very problematic piston ,rings gaskets etc there seems to be no spare parts back up at all if this bothers you . you might be better off getting a honda or yamaha for more than twice the price of this unit for parts back up its a good generator dont get me wrong just think about this point before purchase
i hope to get many years use but only time will tell the story i hope you find this useful in your purchase decision

Worth it !
Much better than expected! For the money its pretty decent and actually campground friendly with regards to noise. Its much quieter than my last 2kva generator 5/5 for that. Its low weight is back friendly for me 5/5. One of the pins in the starter cable came adrift when i unplugged the cable. Pushed in and remains in since. 3/5 for that. I intend on buying a second one and joining them up for extra grunt should it be needed. Overall im pleased with the purchase. 4/5 Read full review...
