Should be stock on Gibson Explorers
Gibson got it half right putting Grover mini tuners on the Explorer guitars. These locking tuners are a great upgrade. String changing is much easier and the turn ratio is much more precise. I wish I had bought these sooner. The only problem is the aligning holes are not in same position as the originals, but they work fine without the screws installed in the back of the headstock.Read full review...

Fantastic tuners
Replaced some older Grovers that were sticky. These tuners dropped right into the holes and the screws lined up perfectly. Probably took me around 15 min to install.
