Sony Quaility
Excellent head phones included. They are missing a small adjustable tie to make them shorter. You can make one. But it should have been included. I would have expected that from Sony.
The actual head set is great. Built in speaker and vibrating additions to the older version. Better Bluetooth pairing. Could not get the NFC to work with iPhone.
The range is not quite as good as older models. But overall an excellent product!Read full review...

A good buy, but not as good as SBH52
I have used an SBH52 for a few years now and was very pleased with it.
I thought it was time to upgrade to the latest SBH56, but unfortunately, it lacks the FM receiver, which I use a lot
Bought an SBH54 instead but unfortunately I experience it almost inferior to the SBH52.
- The FM receiver is not as good
- The Bluetooth connection with the phone is unstable.
- Battery life has not improved.
+ The design is, however, more appealing
+ Some buttons have been moved for better management
All in all, a good buy, but not as good as SBH52

Great headset and works well.
Very nice unit. Paired easily with my S7 and works well. It is used on a daily basis for both the FM radio as well as streaming features. All work seem to work seamlessly with the Samsung and do well moving from radio/streaming to calls and back. The battery lasts for most of a full day of listening use. There are infrequent times when the SBH54 will drop "connection" with the Samsung where a full restart of the SBH54 is needed. This has also occurred with other Sony models like this and suspect it is an environmental issue and not a problem with the unit since it only happens at work and never at home or out and about.Read full review...

SBH54 My favourite Bluetooth Device
SBH54 is now my favourite bluetooth device, replacing its older version SBH52, which I still use extensively. Both devices fill a very empty and un-expected market segment in my mind, hybrid-bluetooth.
Pros:
1- Decoupling the bluetooth function from earphone function. I have a preferred set of ear-pieces that are not wireless, but they are very light, have great sound quality and doesn't fall out of my ears. Having the ability to turn them into wireless (i.e. Bluetooth) is the most important feature for me.
2- Physical buttons. You can control the playback, volume and phone through physical buttons. Some people are asking for more touch buttons, but for me physical buttons are still the way to go because they allow me to use them without looking.
3- The sound quality on this little device is good enough for me. I'm not an audiophile though. It works well with phone calls too.
4- Consistent quality over time. Most of my other bluetooth devices seem to deteriorate over time in terms of quality of phone call sound. Not this one or its predecessor. They perform the same over time.
5- The FM radio is still alive and well in my world, so having an FM radio on the device without needing to drain my phone data is great.
6- Much better design than the previous model (physical design, screen, colours, etc...)
Cons:
1- Had to use an Android phone to update firmware. No tool to do the update on iPhone. This is truly ridiculous at this point in time.
2- Shorter battery life than the previous model, but still not bad. I charge it once every few days.
3- Worse FM reception than the previous model.
4- No passthrough buttons control from attached headphone to device. If your head/ear phone attached have volume buttons (mine does), these are useless when attached to this device. You have to use the controls on the device itself. Not a huge issue for me, just a little inconvenient.
With all above, I still consider this device my favourite. It outperforms any other bluetooth device I ever owned before. I hope Sony continues making them.Read full review...

The best wireless headset for mobile phones and media players

This blutooth device have some issue. Most of time disconnect automatically. If any one want to use for calling it is not suitable because 1 hour continously talk time only. Then again charge.
