Best rash/skin irritation treatment ever.

I've been using this for 40+ years and it is the most effective nappy rash and general first aid cream I've ever used. When my last tin finally ran out after YEARS, I was most disappointed to find that it was no longer carried at any of the chemists that used to stock it.

e.g. My young cousin's baby had a nappy rash that nothing she'd tried had improved, and both she and the baby were distressed. Gave her a small jar of this and the rash cleared up in only a few days and it gave relief to the baby after one application.
