Weed spray trailer 60L
Came partially assembled, which was a good thing as the assembly instructions were in small print and hard to see how some things fitted together.
Works well, but big problem is that there is no on/off switch. Once power is connected to the Unit from power source, ie battery, it starts pumping. It needs a small on/off switch that can be operated away from the pump trailer, such as the driver seat of an ATV towing the trailer.
Would also be good if the rate of spray could be controlled rather than to drive faster or slower.
Otherwise, well worth the money, trouble free purchase with reliable delivery.Read full review...

The Worst assembly instructions I have seen. But works well.
The shipping was really quick.
The instructions are poor and do not match the product supplied. No mention of what to do with the pressure gauge The assembly drawing is so small that is almost unreadable. The boom uprights are shown going on the front of the supports but the predrilled. The boom support beam predrilled holes do not match the boom lance supplied so had to drill additional holes to mount it.
holes only align if they are placed on the back of the supports. To place the boom at the height listed in the manual we needed to add 10mm standoffs (not supplied). The trailer axle has holes for a split pin but no split pins supplied.
Once all these issues were resolved the finished sprayer works well but needs an on/off switch on the pump.Read full review...

Just tighten all sprayer nozzles when assembly in done .
A user tip - I put more pull apart connections on the battery. So I just turned around & unplug it from my seat to stop spraying .

Falls apart
This item arrived partly assembled. The other pieces are small and numerous. There's to instructions except a small diagram that needs a lot of work. When I filled the tank I left it for a few hours and it dripped out of the drain plug so I lost some chemical. When I towed it behind my quad bike parts kept falling off the boom arm. I lost a few pieces somewhere in my paddock. Comes with no split pins fir wheels. Should be an ok sprayer if u make sure everything is over tight including the drain.Read full review...

Great little unit.
The sprayer comes partly assembled. There are no instructions however if you give yourself a little time and identify all the screws, bolts and washers from the item list you can assemble them as the picture shows ( my advice - put the picture on a photocopier and blow it up - makes it a lot easier).
I put a simple on-off switch in the electrical cord ( Jaycar - $8 see pic) and it works a treat, I attached the switch to the lawn tractor with velcro.
Aditional things I did was bolt on a couple of short lengths of steel on either end of the steel boom support.(see pic). The boom is longer than the support so if its going to break anywhere it'll be on the ends of the boom if you hit anything solid. Having the additional lengths of steel to protect the ends works well and doesn't affect the spray.
I also added a light steel rail across the top held on by wingnuts (see pics) so the hoses for both the hand held and boom spray are out of the way.
A full tank will spray for a good 20 minutes or more.
Good pressure and good coverage of the sprayed area.
The trailer unit is very solid.
I bought a couple od split pins for the tyres - should have been included but no biggie.
For someone like me with a couple of acres and trying to kill some weeds and get some lawn growing this works a complete treat! Read full review...

great product, good solid and light unit, excellent wheels and lots of hose for both spray and hand spray, good volume of spray and love the height adjustment if needed.
Contents for putting spray together needs to have split pins for the wheels included and putting it together was worse than Ikea, the diagram of the sprayer needs to be more specific re placement of bolts etc, it was very difficult to transcribe into action from the diagram.Read full review...
