Lightweight with nitro finish and beautiful sound you cannot go wrong!

The SG Standard always was my choice for Gibson guitars due to the light weight, beautiful sound and easy to play. The Heritage Cherry has a beautiful nitro finish that will just get better with age and one of those guitars that once you sell it you will regret it and that is what I did years ago when I sold a black SG. Guitar was NOT in excellent condition as was posted

A nickel sized gash on top edge of body.
Nut appears to have been replaced and there is tape at nut and neck near the headstock.
White binding around neck is discolored near nut on one side.
2 scuffs on rear of body.Read full review...

Good purchase at a fair price.

This instrument has become my 'go to axe. Fun to play. Pleased with overall condition.
Cleaned up real nice!
I did have an issue with the high e string.
As I fretted further up the neck it became more muted. I reasoned that maybe the action was set too low so I adjusted it higher which seemed to solve the problem.
After the quarantines are lifted, I'll bring it in to get a complete go-over and set-up.

This thing rocks! Wide, thin neck, hot pick ups, low action. Love it.
