This guitar has been my Holy Grail for 45 years. It was not until "Classic Guitars of the 60's came out in 97' that I actually saw the back for the first time. I must say that this is a true work of art !!! quick turn around, everything I dreamed and More.....

SG reissue

I like the SG guitar because it's light but sounds great. This 61 reissue's neck seemed to me to get a little chunky toward the bridge, but not enough that you couldn't get used to it pretty quick. The SG standard is a hot guitar for rock or blues. Eric Clapton and Angus Young are just a few musicians who l'm sure would agree.Read full review
