Inexpensive, Easy to use and it works

Global knives are very good and when I bought my first set I was determined to keep them sharp, although they do retain a sharp edge very well. I bought the water sharpener to maintain the knives and it certainly did that. It is simple and easy to use plus it is not expensive. Any knife will benefit from a quick run through this device. I do have a fancy sharpening device but now I will moth ball it as it is much simpler to use the Mino sharp.Read full review...

Good quick way of keeping a standard kitchen knife sharp

Used it a few times now, brings the knives up sharp enough for general use in the kitchen. I like my filleting knives razor sharp which I have not been able to get from this produce, still require steel and or strop to finish off if you want knives really sharp. Read full review...
