It just failed after 2 years of careful use :(

I was so excited when this arrived a couple of years ago and was so impressed that I bought another not long after, to charge my Yeti 150 and two Yeti 400s.
They are heavy and ( seemingly ) well made but I could never get more than 70 - 73% efficiency from these panels on the brightest days and with moving the panels to maximise facing the sun.
I learned to live with the limitations and have been very content till one of my panels failed today!
No frayed cables, panel has never been dropped or roughly treated...it just stopped working.
I have contacted Goal Zero tech support USA - don't expect any help from Goal Zero AUS - and left them a scathing message.
This is not a cheap item and one would expect at least 10 years lifespan...NOT FAILURE WITHIN 2 YEARS!!
There are other panels on the market - lighter and cheaper and with better output than these.
I bought one to test a few months ago - a flexible 200w folding panel that costs 30% of the sticker price of this Boulder 100; puts out more power and is lighter and smaller when folded!
Caveat emptor people!!
I paid over $500 for mine ( item price and shipping ) and am less than impressed :(
