HP has serious supply issues.

Seems all HP color ink is impossible to get. I've been searching since summer for 910 color cartridges. This package would be OK, if all the cartridges would work in the printer. The cyan cartridge come up as "non-HP cartridge" and shuts down the printer. Responded to the vender who told me to contact HP. HP support is a morass to get through, half a day just to get to a person who barely spoke english. Still no cartridge. extremely frustrated.Read full review...

Poor quality

Have fairly new printer. Put cartridges purchased at eBay. 4 cartridges had to be replaced. Black worked, 3 other colors did not. Considered printer being problem, bought new cartridges at Staples, printer works fine. Very disappointed in product.Read full review...
