Punches perfect holes. Very easy to set up and goes through paper effortlessly. The insides of the handles are a little rough, couldn't have done with buffing off to smooth the edges - I feel like it could cut me if I wasn't careful. But that's my only gripe. You really do have to concentrate on the advertising of this product. The illustrations and wording could easily be misinterpreted as you buying ' REAMS' of paper when in actual fact you are buying five 'SINGLE' sheets of paper for this what turns out to be a very expensive price.
