Small Size, Great Capabilties.

The excellence of this product is its small size and big capabilities. You can use it wirelessly through bluetooth (although I have been told that you cannot scan directly to your computer using Bluetooth. No big deal as it takes USB & SD media to save the scan on OR you can connect to your computer with a standard USB Printer cable). A fairly robust lithium-ion battery. I have done some printing, scanning, copying. Print is great. Scan...well it isn't a scanning plate, so the printer has to drag your original over a scanner millimeter by millimeter. If you don't have your original lined up well, your scan will not be perfect. HOWEVER, this is something to throw in your overnight bag, print in the taxi or camping (yeah, right). The expedience of its portable capabilities make up for the scan issues (which it does scan at 300 or 600dpi and looks pretty good). Scan speed is fairly slow on 600dpi.

Power, no power, I could see even using it on a flight (in business class though unless you are only using the printer to scan or print documents to/from a stick. Add a laptop in coach and the guy beside you will be annoyed.).

Aesthetically, it has the feel of older technology. The touch screen control is mechanical. I wouldn't doubt that a newer version of this will come out soon enough.

An amazing little printer that lives up to the H-P name!

Rugged Full Function Mobile Printer

Rugged and super easy to use--works great out on the road where battery operation is a must. Scan and copy functions work well but only when connected via USB cable. Print is the only function that works via BT. No problems after a month of use but I did buy a 3 year extended warranty from HP that includes one battery replacement and accidental damage including hinges.Read full review...

A GREAT MOBILE PRINTER

The HP 150 all in one printer is an amazing product. Once its set up one cannot help to wonder how did HP managed to pack so much into such a tiny foot print and reasonable weight?--The printer worked flawlessly, at first the bluetooth connection to Mac OS was not working quite well, I downloaded the latest and most recent driver and other items and still it was not swift enough. Finally, I decided to connect a printer cable from the device to my MAC and repeated the download process with the cable connected and with this last effort, it has worked amazingly well with immediate connectivity. I've learned that shutting the lid of the printer before turning it OFF its not a wise idea---some of the parameters of connectivity get messed up and the next time you try to print it requires some extra work for the bluetooth portion of it. The print quality is superb and frankly one cannot complain about the speed of printing considering on how many WOW's---one gets when printing a document at a Starbuck's table, totally wirelessly and in color!!.

The add was quite short in describing the item and the content. But when I received it I was impressed. Good printer with some accessories, ( manual, installation CD, cleaning paper, battery).
