I love my printer, have one exactly like it at work. When I got the printer it did not work and ordered an rebuilt ink cartridge cratle and afte having to have them send me a replacement for the first one they sent me was defective the printer now works like new and the print quality is great.Read full review

Crapped out on me after 2 weeks

Savings with quality performance.

This was a smart purchase. I wasn't sure if going with refurbished was a good idea but I was very pleased that these did just a good of a job then name brand ones. I will not spend a dime on other popular types any longer . This is the way to go.Read full review

Great All-In-One for the money

I am very pleased with this printer. My lower-level HP printer died, and I chose this one mostly because it uses the same ink cartridges as the old one - when you have a bunch, who wants the hassle of selling them and buying others? installation disc troubles

the installation disc is not user friendly on windows 7. Takes a lot of fiddling to get all of the error messages to go away so the install will finally complete.
