Good Phone, Basic and easy use. Great Value for the money.

Bought beacuse i wanted a basic smartphone, it has a great camera and screen, the only thing that makes this smartphone no-perfect is the battery life if you have it connected to data it wont last too much. However i would buy it again: pretty good Operating System, a 8mpx camera with dual flash, its a powerfull tool limited by the battery lifetime.Read full review...

HTC Inspire - a lot of bang for the buck!!!

I am on my second unit of these phones. I am well aware that they are not on par with the latest entrants in the segment, and for good reason... this is a phone that is almost three years old. Nevertheless, phone is easy to use, apps download in a breeze, it's well built and feels solid, sound through the headset is gorgeous (just ok on the speakers) and its screen is really clear. On the downside, it's a little bulky, battery life is short, but enough for a 10 hour stint, and its mainstream brown color is unfortunate. This was my first real smartphone, and I'm glad I choose it. Highly recommended.Read full review...

Great Product, The Perefect Size - Solid!

This is a great phone especially if you are not interested in carrying a phone that's just and inch smaller than your tablet.
A nice size screen that plays videos very well, easy call and text features, a very nice simple design.
The battery is the only real issue with this phone as it really sucks out the power. I have chargers everyone to make sure it stays charged. For the price, it is a very good phone even with the battery that I highly recommend.

Awesome phone worth the money!

The HTC Inspire 4G is an awesome phone. Huge bright screen and a 8.0 megapixel camera. Many useful features and very easy to use. Battery life isn't the greatest, but I charge every day so it's not a big deal. Tons of cool apps, many of which are free. Very worth the money spent. I would recommend a screen protector and a case to avoid damage.Read full review...

Excellent phone and seller

I have been wanting this phone since I joined Sprint late this June; however they were already sold out and I had to cope with the HTC Hero. Now, not that the HERO is a bad phone (it's great), but for people that either like small phones or have small hands (neither of which apply to myself). So finally I worked up the nerve to try my chances here on eBay and I was able to procure one under the $500 price range without a contract from mrace72. Not only is the phone a great one, but the seller is of higher stock as well. He assured me that the phone was in great shape and it is. He added 3 phone cases/covers and packaged it perfectly. Now on to the phone. This baby packs a nice punch and lives up to its price point. It even feels like a high-end phone. I am particularly on 3G a lot, but it downloads quite speedily thanks to its processor and hardware combinations. Add Froyo 2.2 and it's even stronger; but I warn, you should upgrade to a Seidio battery. The extra power goes a long way as this phone consumes energy. Either by said battery or carry multiples around with you. Now I hate to compare, but if I'm going to I'd say this phone is only second best to the Iphone 4. They share many similar features; especially utilizing the inner cameras for video-chatting. Since I didn't go to AT&T this phone does me proud. The only reason I make it second to Apple's machine is due to the software, ie markets. If more users become hip to the idea of paying for things, then Droid phones could catch up. There is a reason developers port or make games for the Iphone and make it very good: they are getting paid for their tenuous work. Do more = getting paid for more. If you're a Spring user or looking to switch, get this phone - EvoRead full review...

Htc Mytouch 4G

Htc Mytouch 4G........Wowww!!! I must say i am pleased with this phone physical look since I had received it as the pics on the internet don't do the phone any justice. The camera is as expected for a 5 megapixel it takes great photos and hd videos in even low lighting situations due to the availability of led flash that can be used as a video light.....sweet!!!

The phones display is great but can be a problem if you are the unlucky one to purchase the model with the so called " bad screen" which is somewhat blurry and washed out even though it is exchangeable under warranty.

The battery life is good out of the box for a smartphone but can get better or worse if you decide to load custom roms or overclock the phone.

The phone reception is great when making or receiving calls as the audio comes through clear and audible.

Gaming on the Htc Mytouch 4G is ok as it manages to run all the top 3d games without noticeable lags.

The radio is a welcomed feature which works great but requires the use of a headset before it can be activated and played through the external speaker.

The best of all the features on this device is the operating system...."Google Android" This open source operating system, games, programs and features keeps you entertained and wowed by your phone every time you take it up.

The internet browsing experience is as good as any or greater with the availability of full Adobe Flash 10.1 running in the browser.

The only major complaint i have and that's probably because i am a musician is the fact that the external speaker is low and tiny sounding. It bothers me because i'm not a headset person so i don't make use of the 3.5mm headset port on the device, I use the external speaker all the time and its average compared to the other devices.

Overall the phone packs all the features of the current top of the line smartphones in a sleek small looking device and it doesn't disappoint in almost all of its functions. I would definatley recommend the Htc Mytouch 4G as a top pick in getting a all round smartphone that is good looking, reasonably priced and feature packed.

The EVO was the best thing I bought for myself in 2010!

The EVO does everything it says it does, and very well too. I bought this phone without ever trying it out or using a droid phone until it arrived 2 days later. I was worried that I may have spent alot of money on a piece of junk, but when I activated it over the phone and started using it, my doubts were quickly put to rest.

PROS:
It does everything. All at the same time, and very well. Seriously, you can be in the middle of playing tetris and listening to Pandora- you get a call from work, it's your secretary needing some info from you. Have her forward you the word and spreadsheet documents via email, then open, edit and send those documents back while still on the phone with her, and when the work issue is resolved, you hang up with the secretary, and Pandora unpauses as you jump back into your game. The video chat and calling features are cool too. I have not once had an issue using any of the apps I have downloaded or any of the ones included on the phone. Runs great, and FAST!

Find yourself a quality stereo bluetooth headset- I use the plantronics backbeats- finding a decent headset is key not only for hands free calling, but also great for media too!!! Find one that has functions on it that allow you to answer calls, pause and fastforward music. This will allow you to easily operate basic functions while driving and multi tasking.

CONS:
10 days after I bought it, I dropped my EVO. The screen was cracked like a big spider web. Phone still worked perfectly in every way, but screen was toast. Repair only cost $35 at SPRINT so that's not so bad.

Battery life is short while running apps and junk all the time- Just using it for phone calls pandora and texting, the battery lasts very well. Once you turn on the 4g antenna, and or start: browsing the web, using navigation apps, watching videos... ect, that battery wants to die. Solution- Buy extended capacity battery for EVO on ebay... comes with new back piece for phone to fit the larger battery, and it does make the phone a bit bulkier, but this does extend the total functionality of the phone extremely... With mine, I can rock out hard all day, and after 12 hours at work, I come home and my battery is on half!!! that's alot of juice!

I like this phone because at first I was skeptical and anticipating failure, however it has met and exceeded all of my expectations as far as how a cell phone could perform to convenience me. Take this review as one big positive vote- I love the EVO!

Great phone.

Love the phone and the processing capability. I like the fact that it comes with a solid amount of internal memory that would slow down a lot of less powerful phones. So I get the stuff I want and still have some memory left over.

Downloads are a snap.

Setting up email accounts and receiving attachments are also a snap. With the hotspot capability, using the internet connection with other devices is a very useful capability (make sure it's rooted).

The interface is friendly and the sensitivity to touch is excellent. It responds fluidly even through the thickest of screen protectors. The camera takes great pictures.

The virtual keyboard is a tad tedious just at the start, but I'm used to it.

Video playback from the browsers is suspect (which I thought was really weird).

The battery life sucks, but that can be worked on a little bit. I just bought extra batteries and charge the ones I'm not using at the time. I also keep the 4g and the Wifi off when I'm not using them. Background stuff like the weather widget and also automatic updating can be cut off.

All-in-all...just a great phone.

i would definitely to anyone wanting a fun phone

i owned an htc aria and cracked the screen so i wanted something else, different, but still an htc ... this was the perfect choice, although it's huge compared to the compact aria, i love the features and capabilities, it's full of surprises, it's like an aria squared. the only thing i wish wouldd improve is the battery life but i'm not a heavy phone user so it doesn't affect me terribly. i especially like the camera and the loud speaker, it even has an e-reader and microsoft quick office.Read full review...
