This Stuffer is AWESOME
Stainless steel, multiple tubes, 2-speed, air blowoff. Super easy to use. I’ve been using a water stuffer for years and what a pain! The ONLY downside of this piece of equipment is that the frame is a little sharp-be careful when grabbing it. Otherwise, it is extremely easy to use for a 1-person operation. I only make 6-10lbs of sausage a week and this is perfect!! Excellent quality and it is very easy to get uniform extrusion without breaking the casing. Missed the mark
The stuffer in theory is good, and initially it did not look bad. When I opened it I noticed it was not from Hakka Brothers like stated in the listing. The tubes supposed to be stainless but the seams were rusty, and the crank handle was rusty as well. this is a good quality stuffer. the gears are well constructed and easy to turn. made of good quality material, easy to clean and take apart.. my only complaint is it was damaged a little in shipping apparently and since I had to use it that weekend I was not able to return it. the right side was slightly bent and this caused the machine to sit crooked on the counter. very good construction but design lacks
solid construction nice and heavy, BUT... the design is not good, too much meat is left on curved pipe at the bottom after plunger is all way down, took me more time to fill the last sausage by hand than the first 3 pressed. Perhaps the horizontal design is better.

The stuffer worked as promised and allowed me to case 10lbs of sausage in a few minutes. Much better and faster than using the Kitchen-aide auger style stuffer that tends to overwork the meat and completely smears the fat. The Hakka stuffer worked well with chilled, well mixed /tacky mince and the fat kept its distinct shape/profile giveing the finished sausage the desired profile.
