Happy with my purchase

I think it’s a great heater except I’m having trouble operating it without using the app which will be an issue for anyone else in my house to use unless they download the app

Was loud and rattling since the day I got it then blew up.

Good heat but operated loud. After many emails I was offered a replacement then after 2 months the unit blew up and is inoperative.
