I have only tested this for output voltage: lightly loaded and 4.5Amp load at both 12V and 24V.
Found in all cases output voltage very good - just under 12V

my only fault with this adapter is that the power lead, adapter to battery, for my use is to short, but I am sure others have no problems as it is a very good product.
