Bad video quality intercomm. Useless at night.
My review is specifically for DS-KB8113-IME. I previously had DS-KB8112. DS-KB8112 image quality is not great and connectivity to hikconnect was flakey. I bit the bullet and upgraded to DS-KB8113-IME with the hoping for great improvement. Image quality is definitely better given the FHD resolution, however at night, the image quality is so distorted. Enabling WDR provides better quality except when it changes from night to day mode and back, the setting seems to get overriden therefore it is back to a really bad distored image. Hikvision are useless when it comes to support. I contacted the seller and basically he cannot do much except wait for a firmware upgraded. Firmware upgraded released recently. Still the same problem. Only reason to buy this is because it is an intercom that has a door lock/unlock control.Read full review...

Excellent Indoor Station - Recommended for Small Offices
This review is for the DS-KH6320-WTE1
It is a very good indoor intercom, can be configured to lock/unlock when paired with a HIK Door Station. I have 5 setup in the office, when someone arrives at the door, the press the Door Station button and all 5 intercoms show someone at the door. These are great for a small office as the HikCentral Access Control software is free for use up to 4 door stations and with a recent firmware update you can have over 20 of these Indoor Stations. They can be configured with a seperate SIP server or configured to use the SIP server of an Indoor Station setup as the Master. Read full review...
