Not bad quality - easily obtainable.

Happy to be able to obtain the caps so quickly and easily and that they were exactly right. A tad expensive but they were necessary. One or two were a bit deformed but will work as spares. Overall I'm really happy with them.Read full review...

Lack of precision in manufacture

I was really disappointed when I tried to replace the first one of these as the cap did not quite fit onto the clothesline frame as a part of the plastic was too thick and prevented the cap from being twisted/locked into place. Luckily, I tried other caps in the packet and found one that would fit. It appears to be a manufacturing flaw in that a vital piece of plastic has been made thicker than will fit. More than half of the caps in the 2 packets of 6 do not fit properly.
In the photos, the new cap is on the LHS and the original cap is on the RHS. If you look at the inside lugs, the new one is much thicker than the original one.Read full review...

Tie off caps very easy to Change over

Perfect for refurbing your clothes line. These caps get sun damaged and eventually give way, but with the new caps we should get another 10 years out of the hoist. Repair > replace!

I feel I have already done this, never mind, but yes they are marvellous, and u really need them with the hot Australian sun, and if u don't have them, or worse can't get them anymore, alternative a new complete line, serious, anyway worry no more these people seem on to it, they are on the ball with the post office, so no fears
