Self-published by the author, the book begins with a dialog along the lines of "You're visiting Dr Albert Einstein, and he tells you..." (among other things, about how impressive the author is). The first half of the book cites several "authorities" who have been identified as quacks. Some of the nutrition information is still relevant (it was published in 2004), some of it is just silly.
