Helps one to understand sin better. In all aspects. God's Love and forgiveness..but there's a price to pay for unrepentant sin. I got help from it for all serious Catholics and gave it to someone else so they could read it for help out of a very sinful life. Some parts of this book you need some Theological education too or just look up the words meaning. Excellent. Will buy another to re-read it also. Highly recommend.
