i bought the dvd because my 16 year and her best friend love to try diff. things with my say so its okay , the frist time they show there new found skill were a little shocking now they have me doing it with them , i was a 300 pound no i down to 285 you may not alot but i am a brittle diabetic and it very had for me to a lot of thinks but i trying i would buy this again low intact work out for me thank youRead full review...

I have enjoyed learning, it is a very good dvd. It is a very imformative DVD, easy to learn because the lady takes her time to show you the precise way to move.
