Inexpensive, good enough to run most games with Decent GPU at 60 fps.

No issues had with the CPU. Though it will struggle with certain un-optimized games so far all the recent releases in 2017 run at 60 fps or faster with my GTX 1070 MSI armored OC edition GPU. As far as heat management goes the stock Intel cooler makes it idle around 32-35 degrees Celsius. At max load it runs around 64-68 when gaming.Read full review

Great CPU!

The only thing I’d prefer is if a 3rd or 4th gen board would be able to support an 8th or 9th gen CPU but that’s just how it is. SO MUCH FASTER than my i3 was!
