This is Year 2011-2012 Core i7 CPU. It can run smoothly even if all 4 cores are Busy.

The CPU comes close to 4 cores/8 threads newer generation i7 CPUs and costs 2 or more times less.

Up Grade don't replace

This i7core processor allowed me to upgrade my motherboard to the max level. In addition the memory was upgraded to 16 gig. The processor runs fine and well within the temperatures limits even when overclocked.

It was much better to spend the few dollars to upgrade the present desktop rather than replace the unit.
