IntelliVision AtGames Flashback IN460 Classic Game Console

Very Satisfied

Pros:
- Yes, most of the great games that you remember are here including Utopia, Treasure of Tarmin (now with new name: Minotaur), Night Stalker, etc.
- Yep, it has the same blocky graphics and the same cheesy tunes that we know and love.
- Controllers are de-attachable so that they can be easily replaced, not that I've had to replace them yet.

Cons:
- Be aware that this unit does not come with all of the overlays. There are images on Internet that can be downloaded and printed for missing ones. I haven't tried this yet.
- Every once in a while the unit seems to get laggy during play. I haven't figured out the sequence of steps to generate this problem yet.
- The thumb controllers seem to be a bit touchier than I remember. It prevents a smooth motion back and forth in some games like AstroSmash.
- RCA cables are hard-wired. If you want to extend it further from the TV, you need to use an extension cable set rather than just replace the cables with longer ones. Extension cables have the potential to add a little more interference.

when it arrived I had memories of hoe good my original intellivison was and was dissaointed with the controls on this unit. the first control pad I used would not work when pressed the disk to the right, all other controls on this unit seemed ok but did not fully test since it was useless for gaming. the second control seemed to have intermittent button control. If you had the original as a kid then this will bring back some of those memories , and as it is plug in and play with 60 games built in , it should keep you entertained for a while .
