Love it!!!!! easy to program and I've got 8 of them programmed to control lights, water heater recirculator, fans, purifiers..... the list goes on and on!!!! IRIS ROCKS

Alexa and Google do not connect with the plugs directly !!!! Needs to purchase a seperate Iris Smart Hub in order to connect !!!
The packaging and quality of the plugs looks good and I bought 4 of them to connect to my Amazon Echo to control the lights in my house. The plugs doesn't comes with instructions and checking out the Lowe's Iris website will only direct you to download the "Iris by Lowe's" App and started the whole nightmare of creating account and bla...bla...bla… After spending an hour messing with the App on which device to connect, it prompt me that my 1st gen plugs requires to purchase a Iris Smart Hub to connect to my WiFi Router for connection. Total garbage and don't waste your money and time on this. Go search for other smart plugs which says NO HUB REQUIRES.Read full review
