I am happy with the overall capabilities of this product. The features are customisable, and is suited for my lifestyle. My only issue is with the sound quality at high volume. Not directly compatible with a laptop. Mediocre comfort. Generally good sound quality.
Was disappointed to discover that this product requires a Jabra Bluetooth USB dongle to pair with my laptop - - - at an additional cost of $50-100.

Excellent sound quality and battery life
great product. have been using it for a week (couple of hours a day though) and still haven´t charged them.
the ear might sweat a little due to the over-ear design, but this is common in all of these type of earphones.
I bought it to use in Teams, and so far haven´t had complaints about my voice, etc.

Durable and quality build
My head is rather large but these earphones are somewhat competitive for the price point. If you cannot afford the Sony wh-1000xm3/m4 's these are a nice alternative. However, if you have a large head or a lot of hair I cannot recommend these.
I really enjoy Jabra as a company as I have the 65t and 75t active but have run into problems with all three products. However, if you research a problem with any of their devices there are solutions out there.
The 85h's I bought used did have a battery issue (not being able to charge past 40% but I cannot complain since I paid less than half the MSRP.Read full review...

I have been using this headset for the past month and the top things I could list are:
1-sound quality is amazing,for music or calls I use it for both I take around 20 video calls a day I it sounds so clear and accurate it's unreal,also I take it to the gym everyday and it takes the sweat without a problem.
2-battery life is extremely convenient I don't remember ever noticing my headset discharged.

I have most of the higher end Bluetooth noise canceling g over the ear headphones ((Bose, Kef/Porsche, Sony, Bower & Wilkins, etc....I need them because of the noise levels @ work & I am very prone to headaches due to a concussion suffered about 30 years ago). Others that I have, & I rotate usage may be slightly better in an area but for the overall quality, sound consistency, cost, style/lack of bulk....I rate these at or near the top of my collection of sub $400 headphones. I went to these because I kept losing the Jabra in ear “plug” models. I found those gave great sound, but my headaches would act up after a few hours (probably me and not the ear bud.
