I purchased this item as a 'manufacturer's re-conditioned' unit at a great price, and it arrived in an 'as new' excellent condition.
The pairing process to my old Apple 4S phone was easy and straight forward. Charging of the unit is fast with the supplied 12 volt DC lighter plug to micro USB plug. This unit boasts a very long standby time and a 20 hour talk time.
The best feature is that the unit senses when you enter the car and connects with a spoken confirmation of re-connected Bluetooth communication and automatically turns itself off when leaving the car to allow for very low battery drain when not being used.
The unit can also be controlled by voice commands when connected to the internet and using 'SIRI' for example.
The 3 watt speaker provides very clear in-car audio, and call receivers have remarked on the clear, noise free audio their end.

The Jabra Tour is a nice product. Build quality and sound quality is quite good. Very easy to set up.
The one problem is that it doesn't always connect on entering the car. This is annoying as it is a hit-and-miss affair. Sometimes it connects. Other times, for no apparent reason, it does not. This means it requires checking every time to see if it is connected or not.Read full review...
