Good sound, good battery life, reliable

I like almost everything about these earbuds -- with two major exceptions and one minor complaint.

First: although three sizes of buds are included in the box, even the smallest size is not small enough. I think these must be sized for men, because I've seen at least one other woman make the same complaint. Jaybird needs to add an even smaller size.

Second: for some reason, I can't make the buds pair with both my laptop (MacBook Pro) and my iphone at the same time. They will pair with both my phone and my Fitbit Versa at the same time, but not the laptop. I have to go through a whole process of deleting the buds from the laptop's Bluetooth list and then pairing it again every time I want to use them with the laptop. That's a pain.

Third: the charging cradle is small and easy to lose, and not very secure -- the earbuds detach from it too easily. Jaybird needs to redesign this.

Otherwise, they're great! Good sound, good battery life, reliable pairing. And with the cord between the buds, I don't have to worry so much about losing one, and I can also easily take one out if I want to listen with just one ear -- without worrying about where to put the bud I'm not using.Read full review...

Good experience

The item arrived early and as described. I was hoping refurbishment of this item including new battery as the battery dies quicker for this headset than my other tarah pro but plays well. A Good Idea with a few flaws.

Good for some people but not for me.
They do the work, but not wonderfully. They fall out of my ear if I try to use only one ear bud, due to the pull from the other side. The band is too short and there is no way to easily secure them so they don't fall off. They include a small clip but it just doesn't seem to be intuitive in how to place it to secure them somewhere on your collar without having them always hanging up on your clothes as you move your head.
The cup that holds them in your ear blocks out so much noise that you can't, in good conscience, wear both if you need to hear anything around you.
The battery is great. I love the way their proprietary charger works but you have to have that to charge them. You can't just use another charger.Read full review...
