Nice item.
For the price this is a good item. The only issue I have with it is that the speakers don't produce loud enough sound and very little bass. However, if you connect external speakers to it (which is possible because they have the port to connect to), then you get better sound. If you are looking for amazing quality sound, this item is not for you. I would suggest investing in a higher quality turntable if you want great sound. Read full review

Good price
I wanted this turntable to play my records. It does that. The sound is not great, but I didn't think it would be fabulous. The thing is, it works and will suffice until I decide to spend more on a better one. The thing is, many more expensive ones do not play 78's. Nor do they have pitch control. This little turntable has both features, which is a good thing.Read full review

Reviewing the Jensen 3 speed stereo turntable
This unit is easy to use. It provides a good sound quality which you can increase or decrease the volume and still not detract from the performance. The turntable speed is consistant with the rotation, a good quality for playing records consistently. Both speakers operate by providing an excellent sound system. This unit is of good quality for it's price and size. I am very pleased with my purchase of this Jensen 3 speed stereo turntables.Read full review

Nice Turntable for the price
Nice, inexpensive turntable; skip the built-in speakers and use the output to a computer or pre-amp and it is very good. Three speeds, nice output quality. Great for copying vinyl to disc, stick or whatever. Power switch is awkward, but it works!Read full review

Little but powerful!
At first I was not sure if I would get the clarity I needed from such a small item, but I was pleasantly surprise. It carries quite a punch and to make it better use a HDMI cord and connect it to your music system (that's what I did). Excellent investment!Read full review

Great nostalgic piece!
It's a great piece of nostalgia, and lets me listen to my favorite childhood music. It sounds great, and works perfectly! I really am enjoying my turntable, and am very glad I bought it..

Horrible Sound and Skips
This product sucks. I did my research and found that this would be better than the Crosley Cruiser, however I have to STRONGLY disagree. The sound quality is absolutely horrible. The packaging was ripped and had many pieces in the wrong parts of the box (almost as if someone else had gotten in the box before me. DO NOT BUY.Read full review

Great player with great sound
My daughter is so pleased with her record player. She immediately hooked it up, started looking through my old record collection, picked one in good shape and put it on to play. The sound was clear and not bumpy like with some players and older records. It was wonderful to hear Silent Night again the way I remember it when I was younger. Now, all those old vinyls we've been saving for years have a new life. So glad we bought it for her. It will provide many hours of enjoyment plus my great-grandchildren will actually know what a record player is and how great it can sound.

Because it is compact, it has a lot of versatility.
For the price, the sound quality is OK. It remains to be seen if it can be fed into a tuner and then into large speakers.

Look elsewhere
Extremely low volume from this little turn table. The platter mechanism is not isolated and the speakers are firmly mounted to the cabinet so the maximum volume has to be extremely low to prevent distortion and needle skipping. Not a good value at all unless you just want soft sound in a small area. Read full review
