Good value Eyeliner
The Jordana eyeliner pencils are a good value. I paid under $9 for 3 pencils. For years I only used Avon Glimmer Sticks. These pencils ate similar in quality. Slightly softer, which is good, eliminates any tugging on the delicaye eyelid area. The color saturation is good. It can be smudged or blended without smearing.
