An Easy Dance Video

This is a fun video. I enjoy it very much, but I save it for days when I don't feel like doing a really strenuous workout. This is not a heavy workout at all, and it's kind of a no-brainer for anyone with prior Latin dance experience. I would recommend it to anyone who is interested in learning some Latin dance moves, or brushing up on the dance moves if they haven't practiced in awhile. For beginners, I think it's a great choice!

great for beginners

I'm just getting back into exercising and I needed an easy to follow tape that makes exercising fun. This was a good choice. The moves are easy to follow. Kathy is pleasant and not overly enthusiastic as some can be. You can easily adjust the moves to your level of strength and stamina as you build up to full participation.Read full review...
