Quietly does it's job!
Bought this alarm for peace of mind, putting it near our large wood burning stove as it gets a lot of use during the winter. It was quick and easy to set up, letting out a piercing beep as the batteries went in, and is now just doing it's job. Particularly like that it uses batteries, unlike my last one that the stove installer gave me, so it will last longer. I hope to never hear that beep again!!Read full review...

Just what I needed.
Item arrived on time. Easy to instal and to understand how it works. Apart from testing at regular periods and replacement of flat batteries, when the unit flashes, no maintenance is necassary. The only negative is that I couldn't find (or I may have missed it) instructions on what height to fit it.
