Food straining
Haven't actually used it yet but it arrived quickly & was well packaged. Opening it up, it is a decent sized piece of cheesecloth with will be more than sufficient for what I want to use it for (homemade butter, paneer, etc.) and it looks & feels up to the job. Good for normal straning,but not smal particles
My only problem was that the cheesecloth didn't strain the smallest particles. Especially when I strained banana mash, finely chopped hazelnuts in ethanol or even home-made chocolate (the little parts that did not melt completely) was difficult and very time consuming.
