Inspiring and uplifting.

Had my eye on this book for a while and finally bought it. It was inspiring to read Caroline's reason for writing the book and she proves how you can be creative by shopping in charity shops and supporting a great cause at the same time.Read full review...

A quick browse book.

The idea behind this book is brilliant. It has nice photos of the author who, over the course of a year, only wears clothes from her local charity shop which happens to be in an affluent area. A quick flick through the book would have been sufficient for me though as the occasional nice clothes that I do find locally are frustratingly sized just out of reach of my size range. Inspirational

I love this book - a poignant and joyful story of how Caroline celebrated her mum's life through fashion. And loads of ideas on how to reimagine and restyle clothes you can find in charity shops. I am certainly a convert to the 'slow fashion' movement!Read full review...

A fantastic pictorial record .........

A fantastic pictorial record of one woman's year of wearing fab clothing purchased from charity shops. Caroline's mother sadly died from cancer and the writer posted a different outfit each day for a whole year in a very stylish way (she is a very attractive person and wears clothes well. In the process she earned a massive sum of money for Cancer Research UK by posting on social media and asking for donations.Read full review...
