Sound quality is very poor, sounds muffled and very unclear.

Volume level is very low even with all computer settings at 100%. All drivers updated.

Build appears good quality and solid. They look nice, and feel nice to wear but I won't be using them.

It's like listening to a 1950s transistor radio!
