Does not work on BMW E8X/9X
I have a BMW E88 1 Series with halogen headlights. Changed out the housings to some slick projectors with LED halos and turn signals. Bought really nice PIAA LED lamps but get an error message. Figured the Philips would fix that but retain the ability for the car to report if one dies. Nope, tried two sets, both did nothing. Find a different brand or have your car programmed.
