My first ever Lego train set
It took 40 years but I bought my first Lego train and WOW I caught a bug and bought the Fright set as well.
My only gripe with Lego with this set is not enough decals.
And the decal stickers supplied are 'first time, best use' meaning you need to be spot of lining these stickers up because if you peel it back to fix it they instantly go from clear to cloudy.
Honestly printing them on would have been better.
But aside from that what a NOICE set! Excellent quality Lego plastics, no mould defects, perfect straight lines.
The building manual was easy to follow in my hands plus the online manual content was A+
The shipping from BigW was hard to track, my parcel status remained 'picking item' from its DC in NSW until the very moment it was in my hands. Just in 5 working days to be delivered.

Excellent train. The passenger and dining cars are very feature rich with lots of play options for kids. Despite the size of the set, it builds quickly and is very enjoyable. The length of each of the cars makes for a very long train overall.
Low slung fast looking and the brick-built arrow on the engine is sick. The green glow from the rear of the running locomotive is a awesome touch in the dark.

Timeless train which goes well with a rear carriage.
Super large passenger train, new sleek design. Awesome minifigures including girl with laptop, bike rider with pink/purple bike and wheelchair which fit on the trains really well.
