Perfect Christmas Entertainment

For a family that enjoys building Legos, this is a great holiday build. My grandson and I spent many happy hours putting this adorable cottage together. It was my first build with a light brick and I was disappointed to find that they can't be left on - have to be holding in the button for it to light. My son solved this by using one of the Lego presents in the set to hold it on. Love the small details, drawers in the kitchen, Christmas lights on the exterior, chair and tree in the living room by the fire. I am disappointed in this set I understand it's used condition, but many parts were missing and or broken. I cant even finish the set without having to find a local lego store to purchase pieces, in pics the whole one side of the roof is missing. For over $200 bucks just sad. Lego Creator Winter Village was priced fairly and arrived promptly.

I bought this set for my grandson, aged 10, who was thrilled to receive it for his January birthday gift. He's a huge Lego fan. The package arrive in a timely manner and it was in good shape. All of the packages within were in tact. He enjoyed building the components until he got to the step that called for the installation of the light brick in the fireplace, which didn't work. This Christmas LEGO was bought to add to existing LEGO Christmas sets for the 2014 and 2013 years , santas workshop #10245 and winter village market #10235. While Building the Village Market, I realized how nice this Winter Village Cottage would be with it.
