Great buy, suits people of all ages (Baby's excepted of course, since they can't walk yet))

Hi there,
I just bought the "Lifespan LSG Series 430mm Belt Electric Treadmill".
I am near 76 years old and I hate to exercise. But i am going to be to fat and decided (since I am not going for walks) to by a treadmill.
I used this machine now every day, with terrible muscle pain, even so I spend only 2 to 5 minutes on it. But, today, after one week of warming up, I used Program one for full 30 minutes on various pre-given speeds.
This machine is adaptable for every fitness grade, from very slow to running fast (will never test that speed).
It's been very sturdily build, is easily put together (6 Bolts) and works very well!
